What do the first 30 days of collaboration look like (Onboarding)?
Our onboarding process is structured for zero disruption. Week 1: Complete audit and inventory. Week 2: Installation of monitoring and security agents. Week 3: Optimisation of critical settings. Week 4: Short training session with your team.
Are there hidden costs beyond the monthly subscription?
No. The subscription covers everything stipulated in the contract. Extra costs only appear for major new projects (e.g. office relocation, hardware procurement) and are always quoted and approved in advance.
How does the quoting process work?
After you contact us, we organise a short discovery call (free preliminary audit) to understand your needs. We send you a detailed technical and commercial proposal within 24-48 hours.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Standard maintenance contracts run 12 months for price stability, and the first month carries a no-penalty termination clause. Projects — website, application, campaign — have no minimum term: they are approved and invoiced in stages.

A standard migration (5TB-10TB) takes between 2 and 4 weeks, with careful planning for zero critical downtime.
What uptime guarantees do you offer?
Our SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime. Any deviation is contractually penalised.
Do you manage Apple / Mac equipment?

What's the difference between Antivirus and EDR?
Classic antivirus reacts to known signatures. EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) monitors behaviour in real time and automatically isolates new threats (Zero-Day).
Do you perform penetration testing (Pentest)?
Yes, we carry out ethical penetration tests and automated scans to identify vulnerabilities before attackers do.
What do we do in case of a Ransomware attack?
Our immutable backup systems allow us to restore data without paying the ransom, after isolating the infection. We notify you without undue delay, so you can meet the 72-hour reporting deadline to your supervisory authority.
Custom Software
Who owns the source code?
The client. Upon final payment, we transfer all intellectual property rights — fully documented IP assignment.
What technologies do you use?
PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, React, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes. We choose the technology based on the project's needs, not personal preference.
Can you take over a project started by others?
Yes, after a Code Review (technical audit) to assess the quality and security of the existing code.

Which platforms do you recommend for an online store?
For start-ups we recommend WooCommerce or Shopify. For large or Enterprise stores, we use Magento or dedicated solutions on Laravel/Node.js.
Do you integrate online payments and couriers?
Yes, we have experience with all major payment processors (Stripe, Worldpay, GoCardless, Netopia) and courier integrations (Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce, FanCourier, Sameday) for automatic label generation.
